I'm curious, does anyone use any personal finance software other than MS Money. If so, how do you rate it ?
I'm getting tired of the number of things that I can't do with MS Money - but I'm used to it now.

What can you not do with MS Money that you want to do?
I am curious as to if it would be worth investing in myself. I think not currently as I can use Excel to do pretty much anything I need.

You're right - there's nothing that you can do with Money (or any other package, I imagine) that you can't do with Excel - it just puts a pretty face on things.
What would I like to see in Money that isn't there:
Some form of reminder system - there is one at the moment, but it's very limited. Integration with outlook would be nice.
For some reason, the version that I'm running has a "challenging" interface. This could be improved.
Even though it's the English version, there's a lot of reminders that it was written in America - I think the mortgage calculation is one, as I can never seem to get it to balance correctly.
There are some strange bugs I've noticed, too - like credit card balances seem to work in reverse sometimes.
It looks like MS have abandoned this for the English market now, so I'm looking for an alternative.0 -
I also use Excel since you can do pretty much anything you want with it.Stompa0

I've heard MoneyDance - http://www.moneydance.com being thrown around as an alternative. I've only had a quick play with it myself.0
