Hi,

Wondering if anyone can offer some advice on form D81 Statement of Information for a consent order. Been seperated for a while and its all mutual with no kids involved. I am a little confused about section 7 where I have to declare capital. Have done a,b and c but is section d a monthly figure or annual, looked all over the net for a guidance form but keep hitting a brick wall.

This is where you need to list in the column applicable to you (whether you are the petitioner or the respondent. Then in box a. You put the grand total of any equity in any properties you own. In b. You have to put the details of any savings you have in ISA, endowments etc. The subsequent paragraphs are quite self explanatory you just fill in the totals of any debts, pension funds etc and it spits out a total at the bottom. Where it asks you for your income this is the net amount per month
