  • Can't take any credit for this as it has been posted (can't remember whether it was on here on hukd) but the single Disney Marie duvet set (sel £14 I think) is going through for £1 at Basildon Mayflower store. Lots of stock left.

I was in Tesco Netherfield, Nottm last night and they had a load of different lightbulbs reduced to 50p. People were buying boxes full at a time though :-( They also had a couple of clearance bins full of phone cases (iPhone 4,4s & 5, Samsung S2, S3 & Blackberry) starting from 50p.

They had Barbara Daly make up brushes (large blusher/bronzing brush) reduced from about £8 to £1.80 something and also crystal nail files reduced from £7ish to £1.50 something. These were on the shelf with the other accessories.

They also had a load of ink cartridges upstairs reduced to 10p. They were in a clearance bin but also lots of the shelf too upstairs with the other inks and printer equipment!
  • Bought this cupcake maker in Tescos Gatwick on Wednesday as it was reduced from £15 to £7.50 but went in yesterday and it was reduced to £5. they had quite a few left, they also had the pop cake and brownie ones in the same range reduced to £5 however they didn't have quite so many of those two. http://www.tesco.com/direct/tesco-ccm13-cupcake-maker/329-9547.prd

I bought 3 Leapster games in the Tesco sale online, but they were the wrong ones for my son's model, so I took them back instore for a refund. The lady scanned them (I'm not sure if she scanned a particular one, or all 3) and said the price was coming up at 50p, so I had to find the email to prove I'd paid more to get a full refund. They are all still coming up at at least £5 online. The 3 games I bought were:

LeapFrog Leapster2 Mr Pencil Game £5
LeapFrog Leapster Digging For Dinosaurs £8
LeapFrog Leapster 2 Pixar Pals £7

This was in a normal sized Tesco store. Sorry it's not much use as I'm not sure which scanned at 50p, but thought I would post, just in case anyone was thinking of buying them, and could try at Tesco.

I spotted the Tescos own brand Expresso machine yesterday, reduced to £39. (or may have been £39.99.)

Has anybody bought this machine? Do you have to use those Pod thingies in it? There was no information on the box and can't find info on the internet.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Tesco Extra in Redditch has all its Christmas decs and wrapping/cards etc at 10p! Go go go!

Reductions are spread throughout the store, some in big baskets near the doors, some towards the far right on the ground floor, just past the toys, and the rest in the usual 'seasonal' aisle near the soft drinks.

Lots of their gifts are also reduced, although not to 10p unfortunately! I got this kneeler for £3 http://www.tesco.com/direct/dolland-and-devaux-kneeler-tweed/474-1603.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=474-1603 which will help to keep my knees dry when I finally get out in the garden again :D
