Ah, so she's even more involved than we thought.

Read the section on 'appeals'. They're so deluded they actually honestly believe that it is the motorists that are the ones that act vexatiously.
  • As far as Im concerned the BPA dont exist, waste of oxygen,as useful as an underwater hairdryer.
Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.

We must get hold of more minutes of all these meetings under FOI, I bet there is 'PPC suicide' in terms of quotes in there which they will not want to see sent off to our MPs. :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • When I click on the link in the OP, I get a zip-file to open, that doesn't seem to contain a word document, just various xml files...

    What am I doing wrong??

    Thanks in advance,

    ZG.

Only public bodies come under the FOI.
The BPA is not such a body.

Unfortunately they do, and some MP's are listening to their pathetic whining, it's not as if they all pay the VAT they allegedly have to. so there is little revenue off their backs for HMRC, they are parasites who milk the unwary and gullible, if the government legitimise their nefarious activities they will regret it, we must drown Westminster under an avalanche of letters.

They are a slippery crafty bunch who are attempting to take the moral high ground. It is our job to expose them as the rogues and charlatans that they are, to ensure they slip down the slope and back into the gutter where they belong..
  • Not only is the Guild of Scammers wanting public money for their Mickey Mouse Appeals system but it already gets Public Money via Local Authority membership. We need to be aware of opportunities to make the press aware of this disreputable band of rogues. MPs are less of a priority in my opinion as MPs will only get off their backsides to get on a bandwagon or gravy train. I would contribute to a fund to mount a legal challenge to any statute that gives statutory powers to scammers.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Which is why we have to keep on at the local and national press when a shopping precinct or a retail park bring in the disreputable likes of Parking Eye, send letters of complaint to the managing agents, and maybe stage a mass boycott where people drive in and out but don't park, then ignore the invoices that may follow
