EGG loan PPI

Hi,

Sorry if it's a question that has been asked a hundred times before, I had a look through the forum and couldn't see anything but I realise it can be a quick moving forum.

I have received the print outs from my egg sar letter.

I defiantly paid pip on my egg loan(s).

People talk about pre ticked boxes and things like that.
Is there anything I should be looking for to see if I was offered with and without ppi?

Any help would be appreciated

I remember talking to someone from egg on the phone about the loan, I NEVER had ppi on any of my cards so they probably convinced me it was a good idea on the phone but how can I be sure.
Do people really remember word for word their calls from 6 years ago?
Is it up to egg to prove they didn't talk me into it?

If I am due it back I want it but head is going round in circles now...
