Please can someone tell me why I cannot access this website unless going through a freeproxyserver
Could it possibly be my ISP blocking me, for overuse etc?
ISP is the dreaded TalkTalk!!
this is also happening on one other website
Any help greatly appreciated

if not that then try this
Empty the cache
The first thing to do when Internet Explorer is misbehaving is empty your Internet Explorer cache. Often the cache is not corrupt or damaged – it is simply too large.
1.
Click Tools, then Internet Options, and then click the Delete Files button.
2.
A Delete Files window will appear. Select the option to Delete all offline content, and then click OK.
3.
Click Settings and reduce the size of your cache to, say, 50 to 100 MB (more if you routinely download very large files).Ex forum ambassador

then flush the DNS if still not working
gor to the start button, bottom left of the screen
click on "run"
type CMD
click on OK and a box should open
type in that box
C:\>ipconfig /flushdns
or
ipconfig /flushdns
you will get the message
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver CacheEx forum ambassador

Above needs to be done in a command window - type "cmd" in the open box not "ipconfig/flushdns"
try connecting to 209.97.205.2 and 213.129.77.16Rich people save then spend.
Poor people spend then save what's left.0 -
Yes, now successfully flushed dns
209.97.205.2 worked
will try connecting again without proxy
