i bought an almost new buggy board from ebay, and it listed that everything was included including the strap to hold it up when not in use. when it arrived however there was no strap. i contacted the seller and they said they'd send it out first class, that was on saturday. i still havent received it and im giving them until monday, but i think they dont have it(cant see it in the pic).
i know obviously there was a bank holiday, but i would of though it would be here by now,.
i dont want to have to send it back if the strap doesnt turn up as its quite heavy, and wouldnt be worth it. what do you recommend i do if i dont receive it?

Have you contacted them since they sent it out to ask if they sent it when they said?
If you dont receive it no matter what you would have to return it to get a refund.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

are you still able to use the buggy without the strap - - if so, then a part refund may be the way to proceed.
if you are not able to use the buggy without the strap -are you able to contact the buggy manufacturer -they may sell spares, then ask the seller to refund you the cost of obtaining the new strap ?0
