When i look at a certain page and it only happens on this one page a box with java console and info with it pops up,any idea why please

Because the web page has an embedded Java applet and the browser is starting up the Java virtual machine to run it.
You should be able to disable the appearance of the console in your browser settings.0 -
You can hide it via the Console > Advanced Tab > Java console.
