AAARRRHHH - how do I speak a human at Ebay?

I opened a dispute case last night against a seller. The seller has responded with 3 different solutions which require different actions which I'm unable to resolve in the dispute centre.

I had an online chat with Ebay support last night and they were unable to resolve the problem and gave me a telephone number to ring today during business hours. I call that number, only to be told I need a 7 digit PIN, which I'll have to get online via the Contact Us button. When I do that, it tries to get me to open a case which I've already done - the website just keeps sending me round in circles. How do I get a PIN number? :mad:

    if you call this one it initially asks for a pin but if you keep on the line it gives you the option to speak to an operator without a pin

    I should have been more patient on the phone initially. Many thanks. I've spoken to them now and it's all getting sorted.
