Spam Private Messages

:mad:I am a bit fed up of receiving spam messages in my Private inbox. Example:

Hello. Read your message. I think THAT you might be interested.

Luckily I can delete them before I download my email, and I have sent a message to the webmaster, but isn't there anything that can be done to block these posters.:mad:

Turn PM's off, simple

Don't want to do that because it would stop genuine messages getting through.

but why let it get to you though ? why start a thread on it ?

you can either turn PM's off or leave it as it is, yes they spam PM's and annoying but afaik nothing can be done about them so just put up with them

Funny. I thought we had a right of free speech in this country. Obviously, I'm wrong. I just thought if might help other posters who have been receiving spam messages.
