Just wondering if anyone has had any luck claiming back from the above- have a welcome finance loan-however they sent me back to the brokers, the brokers have rejected my claim so it is now in the hands of the Financial ombudsman. But wondering if anyone has had any luck with these guys!! Also the ombudsman are asking for a date that they sold me the policy now i can remember the month but do i need proof of the date as it was a telephone conversation!!!!

Hi there, the month and year should suffice,they most likely want to see if BSF were regulated at the time of the sale.0
