Lombard - account number

I had a loan with Lombard Direct 2003-2005 , problem is I cant find any paperwork for it except for one bit I'm not sure about.
Can anyone tell me what a Lombard account number looks like.
Is it *****F***N (the stars being numbers)?

I've checked my old bank account statements and theres no reference number on them. I also checked my credit report and theres no ref number on it as well.

I've noticed a few threads on here saying that RBS need an account number to process any Lombard PPI refunds.

Pulling my hair out here !

Thanks.

Hi there, give Lombard a ring and ask them, if they dont have this info you could send a request for all info they have on your account, this will cost £10 but you will get the account number.

Hopefully someone who has been through this process will help more with this.
