i just about know how to get around on my laptop,my bluetooth wasnt working on it so i got rid of it :eek: ,then i was going to download new software,but i havent got a clue what to do

hiya,thanks for that i know about the restore ,it has never worked scince i got it 2nd hand,is there any way i can download the softwarefrom fresh as i have just loaded new windows and internet explorer and i dont want to lose all that again .smile at everyone everyday and say hello

hiya,thanks again,
downloaded it ,but its still saying the same as it was ,bluetooth device not found,please verify your bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on,also im getting bluetooth radio is turned off press f n f2 to turn on which i do it says on but nothing happens ,i hate computers arghhhhhhhhh

click on "start" (bottom left of your screen)
then "control panel"
then "system"
then click on the "hardware" tab at the top
then the "device manager" tab on that screen
is there any items with a yellow question mark ??
is bluetooth shown under modems or network adapters (you need to click on the + next to them to see)Ex forum ambassador
