PPi Claim Marbles

Hi Everyone
Great looking through this forum - just a question, I am about to send off a ppi claim on my Marbles card - all completed. My question is over the last year due to a change in my financial circumstances my account defaulted and now i have a payment arrangement with no interest.
If my ppi claim is successful it should clear the balance owed, however can i ask to have the default removed on my credit files and this cleared up in some way - my argument being not paying an additional £25.00 ppi over 6 years may of helped my situation.
Many Thanks

Hi and welcome and good luck on your reclaiming.
Normally if an account is in arrears, then anything refunded will be used towards the arrears, and if anything remaining plus interest I understand should be awarded to you.
I am not sure about the default part of it though, so maybe someone will be along soon to answer this one for you, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
