hi. please can anyone help. received parking ticket from local council ticket states from 13.20 to 13.20 is my ticket correct as they are claiming to have seen my car on two occasions. should i contest this ticket.

There is a lot more info needed to help. I suggest you register on pepipoo.com as well and post there, more expert on council tickets. Give full details and copy both sides of pcn and remove identifying details, leave dates.
