Windows 7 Wireless Connection In German

Hi I have a German student who is staying with us for a while. She has a laptop which runs Windows 7, but she can not connect to our wireless network. It detects them OK but will not connect. She can connect OK via an ethernet cable though. The problem that I have is that her Windows 7 is in German, so I don't understand what the troubleshooting says. Can the language of Windows 7 be changed to English?

You could try here

Otherwise it is a bit of work
" The are only two ways do change the OS language version:
1) Upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate and install the desired language pack(s) from Microsoft Update.
2) Purchase a license for Windows 7 in the desired language, format the hard drive, and install. "

I'm going for the obvious...
Can your German student read it and then translate it for you? or have you managed to get on that doesn't speak English0 -

I managed to solve it quiet easily. I used my daughter's laptop which has Windows 7 on it to copy the network settings onto a USB stick. I then deleted the network from the German laptop and as soon as I put the USB stick into the German laptop, it copied the settings and everything worked fine. The transfer settings to USB can be found through Manage Network and right clicking on the network and selecting properties.0
