    Failing for me on IE7, IE8 and Firefox.
    Seems to say the Captcha is wrong, or it blanks out my answer and tells me to enter all required fields.
    Frustrating, but good luck to those of you who manage to enter, it will certainly keep the numbers down.

    Worked for me. I think it's because the answer in the OP isn't what it's expecting, I used 47LW980T (bolded in the text above, perhaps a clue?) and it went through fine (using Chrome).
