TESCO Silly Price Electrical Items

Babyliss Men i-trim stubble - sel £20, going through at £2.50. Philips F1 razor - sel £40, actual £10 something and Babyliss Pro 215 Ceramic (the ones with the barcode ending 255) £1.86. Happy days

Incase anyone is local to me, I couldn't find anything in K1rkcaldy but had success in Dunf3rmin3 and S0uth Qu33nsf3rry.

We asked the assistant to check a hp notepad price, it was reduced from 219 to 179, then to 161 after a scan it came up 79 then 10% off for ex-display then 2x£5 vouchers (one for over £50 shop and a £5 student voucher ) so all in all got it for £61.10p, not bad even the assistant was a bit shocked,

When I phoned just my local to ask if they had a particular laptop that I thought had been reduced slightly, they wanted to know how I had heard about it. I just said a "friend" had bought one in another store, didnt mention it was a MSE "friend";) A friends son is a manager at a T's store and he got a call at 3am from a staff member to say their had been some massive reductions and he shot down to the store at 4am and I know none of the laptops even hit the shelves as the staff had them all! but I don't blame them to be honest,got to be some perks for working at T's.

All but the first two were in one Homeplus so I think I was just lucky as they had just put these items out? They were priced low so went in minutes!

Wow this thread is growing fast!
I'm a bit lost here, are the electricals showing at the reduced price on the SEL, do they have reduced stickers or is it jut a case of pick it up n scan it to see how much it is?

Our local doesnt have much in terms of electrcals but did see 1 lonely toaster.

hi, just been to w favell npton and there was a whole shelf of the sony headphones MDR-570LP marked up at £19 but scanning at £4. the barcode was 4 905524 584608. only brought 3 sets for the kids christmas pressies so plenty left for everyone else.

today i have got two pairs of technika headphones for a £1 (were on shelf at £9.97)
and two hitachi 1tb external hard drives for £7 (on the shelf at £60!)
no im not ebaying they are MINE mmmwwahahaha.
thanks again, will be checking tvs tomorrow.
the self price checker has been turned off in our store....wonder why!

I paid £5 a few days ago, but I am ver happy with them, gave them to DD straight away so that as she doesn't like the in ear apple ones and she loves them.

Have you got the model or barcode for the hitachi hard drive please. I am looking for a hard drive or portabe hard drive but no luck so far everything scanning at £60+ near me.
