If any of you have brought any cameras as presents you should open and check them as I brought a camera the other day and the screen was all scratched and marked. The samsung es28 is now only £15 but when I opened it to have a look at it at the checkout, the camera was all scratched on the front of the camera.

My mate had one like this and when she tried to take it back got told as it was an ex display they are non returnable unless actually faulty.

Luckily my camcorders have been ok and the cameras still had the factory seal intact

Store like Tesco offer 28 day returns on goods. Unless you were specifically told you couldn't return it for being ex-display then I would argue the case.
