Okay, I'm still being a bit newbish about this...

Are there any indicators that suggest a lower price on an item, or it is just pot luck and lots of scanning? :rotfl:

Also, I'm wondering if anyone's spotted any good deals on curling tongs? Seems all the good deals are on hairdryers, shavers and straighteners... :(

a few days ago someone mentioned tongs, they were called looking good professional tongs and scanning at £2.50

also tesco value curling tongs were scanning at 43p

    good luck

    about 20 x sony 570lp headphones £4 each (rrp £30)
Couldn't find a pic of someone wearing more than one pair of headphones, so here's a pic of John Lennon demonstrating why fewer can often be better.

    hi

i must have spent enough fuel to have paid for the real price of these things ...been enough times to diff tescos... but all i have found are a few toys and 2 remington titanium 360..
just bought them... only thing i found in e1mers e9d.. and the only 2..

i have a beard so dont really need the remington titanium 360s...

i would love to swap it for a camera / laptop (i will throw in some money)

    thanks

Thanks for that, now I know I haven't missed out by not trekking over to there. Is the Titanium an electric razor?? My OH would love a new one but I've nothing to swap with you YET! :p
  • I'm still having no luck finding a sat nav, if anyone has one spare or knows of some in london please let me know.

    Thanks
  • Just to let you know someone on the toy thread has said there is a lumie lamp in coatsbridge, not sure where that is but sure it will help somebody. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=47283855&postcount=1499

Instore SEL and going through at £2.20

None of the Tesco Direct links are working for me.

Could you post what it was please?
  • I saw a couple of tomtom xl's on display yesterday, no more in stock. When i asked lady on tesco direct desk, she checked the catalogue numbers and said they were out of sock but not reduced lines. If they actually scanned the box barcodes do you think it would be a different story? As i am not sure how many versions on tomtom xl there are and if these will be reduced ones. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Says 'no match'.
    What is it?

Going back to my local today. They were putting out gardening bits yesterday and after reading on here that this is the next sale, I'm gonna get in there quickly! Desperately need strimmer anyway!

Oh yeah, and picking up my HP laptop @£149 today!:T

  • anyone looking to find bargains in london are going to find it difficult due to ebay members like lindy-loops-2011 who looks to have purchased all of the stock to sell on. undoubtedly he/she has been trolling through this thread looking to take advantage

fortunately, aside from the b&d mouse sander and the lumie bodyclock he/she hasnt sold much and will hopfully be stuck with it all
  • Would also appreciate more info on the Tom Tom's - specifically a barcode, thanks :)
