  • Just got back from E**tbourne Extra. Asked nice tech guy for help after finding nothing on the shelves!! He came back with last HP laptop @ £149. He's put it by for me until tomorrow (£20 short) bless him.
He said there were a number of Dell 1545 out back in blue and 1 in grey. Wasn't sure about price, thinks they are £349. Does anyone know more details about these? I'll ask him to check prices when I go back tomorrow.

Only 1x Flymo freestyler on shelf but saw several mowers from £80 down to £30. German Brand - Einhell. Only about 6 on a cage in centre of aisle.

(also saw toys being reduced and lots of staff grabbing them) will put details on toy thread as I don't want a repeat of my last attempt on grabbit!
P.S would love to be in touch with other MSEer's local to me!

omg i paid £14 for this last week and i thought that was a bargain!!.

Might take it back get full refund then repurchase at your price :D

Iv tried to do that with a toshiba camcorder. I bought it for £50 but then it was reduced to £25. They basically said if i get a refund i wont be able to purchase it again on the same day as they had to send it back to the company and it probably wouldn't be seen again

If they have more on the shelf then you could get away with purchasing a fresh one then returning the one you have. Either way there is no harm in trying, let me know how it goes ;)

Yes I saw that a couple of days back but didn't need it (didn't know what it was lol!) so put it back. Did you see those two Garmin watch things? They still scan at full price even though they've been on clearance for weeks.

Did you notice whether they had restocked the Lumie clocks? Just an out of stock label every time I go in?

Yeh i scanned them too, over £100 they were.. went straight back on the shelf! :rotfl:

I didn't get the chance to check for the Lumie clocks but i noticed the had loads of the tv stands which are meant to be going through at £1. The label said £14 something i didn't bother getting them scanned, maybe next time when i have a trolly with me :D

Oh and I got some 370g Pilgrims cheese b1g2f £4.07 each but taking off £8.58 at the till :)
