Loan has been took out in my name - it's not me!

I just checked my free credit report through Noddle again today and I'm in a panic and need to know what I need to do and where I need to start.
It seems a loan has been taken out from a company named 'Gresham' for £110 in June, the balance in July is £120. I have not taken out this loan so obviously I've become a victim of identity fraud.
I need to know what I need to do to get this stopped, I'm trying to stay calm and not go off in a blind panic! I've tried googling 'Gresham loan' and it seems to me to be some sort of payday loan company?
Any advice is MUCH appreciated!

Readi this section http://www.cifas.org.uk/identity_fraud and ask about protective registration. This means that the person who has done it cannot do the same again. it does mean that applications for credit you make will take longer to process but might be worth it.
Write to Grasham rtomorow and send a copy to the credit agency with which this loan is listed, denying the debt and demanding a copy fo the loan documentation. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I'm trying to find any contact details or company information on Gresham but I can't! Do you know where I can get this info from? This doesn't appear on my Equifax report which I've just checked.0

How would I know which one is a creditor that gives out loans and is the company I should be contacting?
I went on and only could find one company?0 -
Hi Gemma,
I could be wrong, but would think they'll send you a statement very soon. Hopefully you will then be able to contact them and proceed from there.
Good luck
RedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

Hopefully they do - I'm eager to get this sorted asap but have no way of knowing who or what this Gresham company is. I have my Equifax report and it doesn't report on there, also getting my Experian report just in case.0

Hey Gemma,
What about these people:GRESHAM FINANCIAL SERVICES LTDMaybe worth just phoning and ask to discuss an account you think you might have with them - think they have a debt collection department but it seems to be for commercial stuff.

I have had this....
I was getting phone calls (3 a day once, till I said that I was going to report them for harassment)
turns out someone used my name, I have a very unusual last name. But they had not used my address, never did find out the company or the amount that I was supposed to have borrowed, as this was a collection agency, and would not discuss it with me once they found out that it was not my debt.
So I am really not sure how to clear my name.Ebay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50
