Hi i have recently become aware that I have been paying ppi on my littlewoods accout for a good number of years without knowing and I have actually been unemployed for the past 7 years.
Can I claim this money back?

There is no harm in trying, and you could also make them aware that the last 7 years the policy was worthless to you as well, and any other reasons you may have for being mis sold.
