Never been on one of these and I have just read the 20 things to know . It says you must list 5 dates and 5 parks but if I apply there will only be one date I can go on . Does this mean I can't apply or I have to list the date I can go on and 4 others and hope I get the one I need but if I don't I lose my £40 ?
Also is there a link to the parks so I can look before I go out and buy the Sun .

you have to pick 4 dates in order and 4 parks in order they then select whats avaliable for you yes you could end up with a date you dont want and yes you would lose the money.
If you had a priority code then you could book on line which lets you select the date you need.

There does not seem to be many people posting on this normally there are loads of comments people waiting to guess the last word ect is there another thread ?

Just thinking this last night. Normally lots of comments/posts and requests for information about parks etc , but hardly anything this time around. Perhaps the usual sun holidayers usually on here are not looking to book this time

I think most people have booked for these dates already -well for October holidays anyway. the last dates covered this. I am wondering what availability there will actually be. I booked for October easily in the first day but My brother lost his code and dithered and really could not find anything. They sent an e-mail at end of August saying more released but he still didn't get any availability in Sept/Oct.

From memeory the only new dates are the ones nearer xmas.

I haven't got any priority code as yet but I might e-mail if it does not come. We have just got back from a sun weekend -they are great value and caravans these days are so sophisticated.

I notice on the Ukholidaysinthesun website there was a link for requesting a priority code .. you'd have to look for it tho

they also mentioned spring dates but I cant find them , anyone know ?

But has anyone been to Point st gilles and what can they tell me about it pls or any other european park that has been great fun with children .. mines 5 yrs old

If you search about dates on the site it says Autumn holidays and not about spring but then the last set of holidays which closed last week or so had uk dates right up to May but no European dates. i don't think Eurocamp have put spring date prices up yet so you probably cqant get them anyway.
