I thought it had been a while since Bt had e-mailed me with my bill (I am signed up for paperless bills) low and behold my account told me that I was overdue on a payment for August. Did a re download from the mail server and still nothing at all . Has anyone ever found a telephone number for BT where you can speak to a Homo Sapiens ? they seem to have been overtaken by Electronicals

150 from a BT phone works for me, or 0800 800150 from elsewhere. You still have menus to get to accounts, but it does work!0
