argh, Thomas Cook have charged me twice for a holiday payment

And pushed me into my overdraft :T

My card reciept from them only shows the one payment, but on my online banking it clearly shows two and has changed the balance to cupport this.

So shall I take a mini statement into them? can I claim anything back for this inconveinience?

Regards,

A skint me!

Ring the bank to see if it's their error first. If it is, they'll be able to just put it right. If not, you can then get on to thOMAS cOOK AND POINT OUT WHAT THEIR MISTAKE HAS DONE AND ASK THAT THEY REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY BANK CHARGES.

oops sorry, pressed caps lock by mistake, not shouting really!
