I would use a solicitor rather than wikidivorce, although the advice they have given you so far - that it won't work as you can still contact the CSA - is good advice.

Have a free half hour to find a solicitor you like, preferably one that offers Legal Aid.

Right got me bits...

The order states..

I will release KH from having responsibility for paying the mortgage and secured loan.. (though they are still in joint names he is exempt from payment unless I default)

I will not make a claim for periodical payments (maintenance) for the children for 2 years from the date of the order

Within 56 days of the order KH will sign the deeds transferring all his legal and equitable interest in the property and its contents to me.

If either of us croak the other cannot make a claim against the estate.

Hi Pigpen, thanks for info, I think I am going to struggle with this due to equity in house, around 200k at moment, if i tried to push for no maintenance thats 20k which is only 10 percent, apparantly a judge wouldnt sign this off as fair to him. urgh!
