Slimbuddy.com membership

I joined the above website( 4 days ago).
Its terms and conditions it says you can cancel your membership within 7 days of joining. I paid 15.50 pounds using a credit card for 10 week membership. I didn't get a confirmation as the website say you will get when you pay. I looked at the content and didn't like their menu. Overall I thought, I was not learning anything new. It says no calorie counting is required, but when you look at their menu you literally have to starve yourselves.
On day two I sent them an email saying 'cancel my membership and refund my money'. Since then I have been sending them one email everyday. They don't acknowledge that they have received any communication from me at all. Instead I keep getting emails as if I am a member. I have emailed all available email addresses on their website, but received no reply whatsoever. I know 15.50 pounds is not lots of money, but you only have to find 50 of people everyday and not refund their money and rob lots of people. I would like to get a refund and stop other users loosing their money. Their terms and conditions say that they will automatically charge me ten pounds a month after ten week period is over. I would like all this stopped.
I don't know how to stop this and what to do. Please advise. I rather give this money to charity then this website.
Many Thanks
Jay

Yes, its just a call taking service, they have taken my message and they will let slimbuddy.com know that I have phoned to cancel. I wait and see what happens, but not expecting much of them.

This email address might be worth a go as well: paul.payne@ukams.co.uk

Could also send a letter (recorded deliver even?) to the address at the bottom of their website, summarising when you signed up, the dates of further communication & the lack of respone. Reiterate your wish to cancel under their money back guarantee (as previously requested).0

OP, I know that you have said that you emailed all addresses, make sure you have emailed memberservices@slimbuddy.com.
On their website they say...Cancellations must be advised in writing via e-mail to our customer service team at memberservices@slimbuddy.com.
Did you mention in your cancellation emails that you were cancelling under Distance Selling Regulations?
Seems a bit fussy, but if you can show that you have kept to their rules it makes it more difficult for them to avoid the refund.0 -
DSRs don't apply if the service is set to begin within 7 days.
I based my post on their own T&Cs (link above) which says...Cancellation:
Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your Membership and receive a full refund. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. After 7 days any payment made is non-refundable except in accordance with the Slimbuddy Money Back Guarantee.0 -
I have now received the following email:

Hi Jay,
I assume you have already received my email confirming this has been done?

This is implying that they have done this, but the email which this guy is claiming has been sent has never been received by me. Note that he doesn't state his title is i.e. in what capacity he is working for slimbuddy.
I am planning to send all my communiction to the credit card company if this money is deducted and see what happens then.
Many Thanks to everyone who has responded to my message.
