Best Photo Stitching software?

Hi

I am looking around to find a good easy to use photo stitching software, I am mainly interested in creating panarama's - if anyone knows of a good open source bit of software that would be good.

Thanks for that, I used to have the 360 Degrees of Freedom software but I lost that when I changed to a laptop and forgot to transfer it. This looks good, I am off up to the Lakes in Feb and I want to produce a number of panoramas so I have downloaded your suggestion. I think I will run through the photos I took last year and see if it stitches them as well as 360DoF
