Multiple letters from Barclaycard

We made a ppi claim to Barclaycard and received an offer from them in mid August.
In the same post, we also received a duplicate of the offer in a separate envelope that bore the same postmark. Both offers were for the same amount with the same reference number.
We sent off the acceptance document from the one and shredded the duplicate.
Yesterday, we thought the cheque had arrived, only to find it was yet a third copy of the same offer.
If a fourth comes next week, we might be sorely tempted to complete it again and return it just to see how long it would take them to spot the error. We wouldn't cash a second cheque because that's not the way we conduct our lives, but it would be interesting to see if it went as far as issuing a second payment.
Has anyone else had the same experience as this? - Maybe the fact that they are issuing multiple copies of correspondence is the reason it is taking so long to resolve the real issue.

In my opinion, Barclaycard does not have the most efficient admin department. I've posted before about the way post is handled, how people don't seem to check files before sending letters etc. I'd suggest keeping any further copies in case you need to chase them and send a duplicate form.
Oh, and well done on your win! :beer:0
