how do i get it fixed?
i bought a we2 combi double pram from them in april and yesterday the part holdint the tray on at one side snapped, its still usable but doesnt look right
ive looked online for manufacturer and found kooltrade who are not the manufacturer (although some sites say they are) who will fix it for free if i post it to them which wil cost around £30-£40
does anyone have any advice or know what ive to do? i bought this thinking it would last a while for the 2 young children (aged 1+2) that i have and the one i'm due to have in january (mad i know
)
thanks for any help :T

confirm with them they will repair it, if they will use a courier firm to do so, it wont cost anywhere near £30 - you could use www.interparcel.co.uk0

OP, did you use a credit card for the purchase?
If so, consider a 'section 75' claim.0 -
