I've eaten too much over Christmas and put on several stone. I would like to change my wardrobe too. ;-)0

this chap nearly died. he suffered a fractured skull with a haematoma, was in a coma for 3 weeks hence the weight loss0

Is his health still bad now? It may be worth asking his social worker or whom ever his carer is-they may be able to offer a crisis loan
Jumble sales are very cheap and you can normally pick up items of clothing for 10p or 20p.
