severe weight loss

posting question for a friend. After 7 weeks in hospital my friend has lost 2 and a half stone in weight is there any benefits to help him purchase new clothes?

    i wish there was for me and i work. my weight has dropped dramatically a week after i brought some new clothes which now hang off me.

    not making light of your friend and i hope there is something to help him. has he tried applying fora crisi loan?

    try charity shops for cheap clothes or even primark :D

    I've eaten too much over Christmas and put on several stone. I would like to change my wardrobe too. ;-)

    this chap nearly died. he suffered a fractured skull with a haematoma, was in a coma for 3 weeks hence the weight loss
  • Is his health still bad now? It may be worth asking his social worker or whom ever his carer is-they may be able to offer a crisis loan:confused: Jumble sales are very cheap and you can normally pick up items of clothing for 10p or 20p.
