Tenant disappeared, what can i do?

Help needed please I rent out a house that i previously lived in before i had to move areas for work. it's well kept, gas certificates are up to date & all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Inspections have only ever been once a year, when i am there to let the gas man in & the tenant has never expressed any…

The OP has said in the first post that it is an AST. However, I would agree that the property has been surrendered and no notice is due. What the OP has done is the best thing for the property.
