Always complain in writing about PPCs to the Head Honcho of the idiots who allow them to be there.
In the case of a gym I guess it's the Gym Manager (but make sure you are complaining about the PPC and their debt collector unlawful threats, not complaining about 'the PCN' which could come across as an appeal and the complaint would be lost on them).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

aldi - new rule didn't know
train station - all parking bays were full
asda - 10 mins i was going for change!
the only one to chase up was the aldi one, one reminder that's all, no further action from any others :cool:
