Halifax New payee not showing up

Added a new recipient online to my current account and it's not appearing in the drop downs or list( even after logging out and back in). if i go and re-add the details I get:

Please supply or check the missing or invalid details below, then click 'Continue'.
You've already created a transfer to this account. To make a payment please use the existing mandate.

Does it normally take time for these to appear?
