Which courier do i complain to

I had a car door delivered by city link and the courier dropped it making it usless.
I used FLCI to pick it up and they used city link to deliver.
Who do you think is responsible for the damage.

Thanks
Andrew

If you paid FLCI then they are responsible, as that's who your contract is with. You should chase whoever you paid.

I just contacted FLCI via e-mail and they say they sent me a cheque on 12 August which i have not received for the price of the door but not the £12.95 cost of delivery.
Just sent another e-mail telling them i have not received it and asking for the postage cost back too.
