halifax online statements

Ive just signed up for online banking with the halifax 2 days ago, in that time ive brought 2 products online but my balance hasnt gone down nor does the companies appear on the statement.
Any ideas please

I have been with Halifax for a long time and the online banking is great.

Never had a problem with them

but do you have the problem that i get?

Its not a problem, its the way it works, even shopping at Morrisons takes a couple of days to get to the online banking.

Its impossible for it to come out instantly. Be patient.

Your available balance will differ from the funds in your account to reflect the purchases made!

I agree have been with HBOS for ages and I really like their online banking.

I used to bank with Halifax. The thing that used to bug me is that it didn't show on your balance or your statement until a few days later, whereas with Natwest, it shows pretty much immediately on your balance so you know that it is on its way through, and the transaction shows up on your statement a few days later.

Still hasnt showed up on the statement and the balance is wrong

Yes I have the same problem, it takes a few days to clear/show up and I find it highly annoying!!!

I have the Ultimate Reward Current acc, cash account and easy cash account and I THINK they show up immediatley when you've made a purchase etc. but not with the current account???????!!!!!!
