Hi ladies!!
Before I move to the naughty step (for the month) my OUTs
Boots trial lipstick: GA to sister2. No reason. I don't really use lipstick (you'd never guess looking at how many I own)
M&S Camelia (?) foaming bath essence: WIBA? Yes. Bought a 500ml bottle in the sale for £1.50. Not the best bubble wise, but enjoyable anyway.
INs
Lush The Comforter bubble bar
Lush Dorothy bubble bar
Lush Amondopondo (sp?) bubble bar
These were needed as I had no bubble stuff, and I was pretty upset over the weekend and bubble baths are my comfort zone
Models Own silver shatter not needed *hangs head in shame* (£6)
We haven't had any pics in a while so here are my current nails, Myface Lil Bling in Purple Daze:No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
May INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
Savings from UUs: £60.50

Now to reply to everything I've been wanting to (though not necessarily in order!)
If anybody doesn't already have the UD Naked palette, let Mingle tempt you! I got mine last year in the initial batch (when they had the double-ended eyeliner pencil in it) and love it!
Ruby I'm going backwards so will complete the questionnaire when I get to the link
EH That's exactly what I used to do until I came across this thread. Buy stuff because it looked really nice, but then not want to use it, because it looked really nice
Rosemary how are you feeling today? I hope things cleared up, or that you're happier. And everybody looks wrinkly when they cryHuge *hugs*. If it makes you feel better I have white hairs and I only just turned 29 and have had white hairs since 27 and look older than sister2 who's 3/4 years older than me  Though sister1 told me when I was 3(!) I had a few white hairs too. That made me feel a bit better
Carolyn, can I ask what profession you're in? Wondering why you'd be working in the rainI'm in and out of the rain. Not much fun. But hiding in the office today
mad_scientist I also love sparkly pretty eyeshadows, which is why I have so many too
adilade That's a lovely Eid presentUse the shower gels!! Everybody deserves a treat
I'd love to spend an Eid in Dubai at some point as apparently it's great fun
SeasideDreamer The gingerbread n-spa bubbles just sounds nice! Is it? Might have a look next time I'm near an Asda (not very often (un)fortunately!)
Helen For me it started as something similar. I was always a tomboy when I was a child/teenager, and then eventually got fed up of looks when I was at uni, and started buying eyeshadows as they made me feel better. I never was quite made up like most of the other girls in lectures, and you could tell! So my slippery spiral started then (it hasn't stopped obviously :rotfl:) I guess my main reason is it just makes me feel more feminine (is that very stupid) and also more confident. And I only need a little eyeshadow or liner to make me feel better. So no idea why I own as much as I do (well, other than liking sparkly pretty things).
bohemianrose I'd also like to know if anybody has Lush's dusting powders and what they use them for!! Not that I want to buy any of course *whistles looking into the distance*
Sarah How's LD doing? If you have any samples left for the Maxfactor I'd like to try it please
Oooh, almost forgot. Batiste is on offer in SD at the moment. Not much variety online. Might pop into store when I get a chance to have a look.
(Sorry for the essay)

Just popping briefly thorough OT to ask for some serious positive vibes for MrEH's Aunt who is currently in intensive care battling some sort of unknown infection. She has now had her spleen removed, has liver problems and issues with her heart, but is still fighting. She has a huge family around her who love her very much but need her with them a while longer yet so if everyone can send positive vibes in the direction of Birkenhead I would be very grateful. mmm yes its lovely and only £3 for a big bottle, kinda smells like the Starbucks gingerbread lattes you get you Christmas mmmDebt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
hello all
still haven't had a chance to update my stash list from last year but two UU to report both of which are clarex handwash one from upstairs and one from downstairs.
One in which was courtesy of a boots voucher No7 liquid eye liner in black which I do not have and have wanted for a while.
On a positive note I resisted some foot products as I fancied doing a pedicure tonight and was going to buy a foot scrub. However I think there is one in my stash so I am going to investigate. If there isn't then I will use one of my body scrubs instead as I am sure that will work just as well.0 -

DH actually apologised on the phone last night(unknown event!!!!)
i felt grotty all day till late afternoon but am fine today.....had loads of tests but all the last consultant could say was call when you get an attack and come and see me....attacks only last 2 hours usually!
We are starting a thing at church, coffee and cakes with stalls selling home made stuff/produce and have just spent 3-4 hours making 10 flower arrangements which I could possible sell for £1.50 to £2 at most when I deduct raw materials(not flowers/foliage as this was from my garden)and % to pay to church that works out about £3 an hour:eek::eek::eek: would much prefer just to donate money to church but DF asked me to " just make a few arrangements"!!!!
any ideas to make cheap/easy things from garden etc gratefully received....of course you get into health and safety stuff if you cook things!!!0 -
Well this month has been an epic fail so far. Just bought 3 No 7. Hot cloth cleanser (one is for my Mom), a No. 7 nail varnish (so I got the free baggy thing). I also bought some hair spray and hair mousse and some kirby grips but I do need the hair stuff. As well as ordering the naked palette I have ordered a make up brush set, a separate kabuki brush, a black nail crackle,a silver chrome nail varnish and 2 iridescent glittery blue nail varnishes (all from stargazer). I am trying to get my nails looking nice and stop peeling my cuticles so I figure having cool nails will stop me. I also bought my OH some shower gel- Boot's take on Original Source as it was 2 for £1.50 from the machine. They didn't have the item I went in for irritatingly (Evening Primrose Eye Cream)
I also bought an amazing vintage bike today- 1985 Raleigh Solitaire Shopper in a lovely blue. BEAUTIFUL!
EH- Sending good vibes xx
When I fall off the wagon, I do fall spectacularly. I hadn't bought anything for MONTHS.0
