I have 'lost' the headers at the top of my page.
I have to click at the top of the page to see them and they only come back for seconds.
I have obviously clicked something by mistake.
How can I get them back?

Had no idea what software you were referring to, but I was guessing that you meant that the title bar & menu bar of your internet browser window had disappeared ... F11 is the keypress in my browser (Firefox) that toggles between "full-screen" and "normal" mode.
