Husband has just been asked by our moving-out neighbour 'are you moving too? i've seen your house on right move'
We have a contract til March, no rent arrears or bad behaviour, so definitely no chance they can get rid of us, so not worried, just a quick phone call in the morning to tell them they're silly sods!
We live on a new build estatey thing where it's just rows and rows of the exact same house type, so i reckon the dozy fools have ready made adverts for each of them and have accidentally put the wrong one on!
I'd be rather annoyed in they wasn't advertising it at £65pcm more than what i'm paying, so I now think i'm getting a right bargain lol :T

Double-check your tenancy agreement for a break-clause at the six months mark before you give the agent hell on the phone tomorrow0
