foreign bidder won my auction...

Options
They are from Russia, I did not say I shipped there and do not want to send it there so I offered to next highest bidder. Cannot agree a price with them so I'm going to relist it. How do I avoid ebay fees for the original auction?

You will need to chance a mutual and hope buyer agrees. Were they reasonable when you explained to them that you did not wish to ship to Russia?

Why? I did not state postage outside the UK so they should not have bid without asking first.
