Ebay Competition

I've just had Ebay ring my home wanting to talk to me about a competition that they are running. I was at work at the time, and they spoke to my wife. Does anyone know of a competion running at the moment???
Giving up is easy...... just keep on trying!

    Sounds dodgy to me!!!!

    Sounds like a scam to try and obtain your username and password.
    It has taken about 4,500,000,000 (4.5 billion) years for the Earth to form as it is now .........
    and it'll only take about another 100 years for mankind to really **** it up!!!!

    On the ebay community, discussion board - questions and answers an ebay official has confirmed that this is a genuine competition and they did phone people. They emphasised that you shouldn't have been asked for your details and should never provide them to anyone.
    So it seems that it is genuine.

    Yep I have had the call, was wary at first but they answered the right questions and sent a confirmation email.

    If you reach the selling targets for March and April that they have set you based what you sold in January and February you get six month free subscription to selling manager pro.

    Hmm I wonder what happens when you forget to cancel.

    Oh and by the way you don't have to do anything apart from sell more. No forms to fill in or anything else.


    So it is a genuine EBay scam...to rake in more fees....lol
