perfect - i only found this idea today and i have go tto say I love it.
I am quite lucky that in my local in door market there is a sweet stand with any imaginable sweet going. I will only probably make one as im doing a secret santa so i will only need very small quantities. Luckily the lady on the market stand last time I spoke to her was lovely, so im thinking if I go in when shes quiet one day and speak to her very nicely she will let me have very small quantities, 25g of this and that etc especially if i let her put things in the same bags... i hope !!
im setting myself a budget of £5 including box... good luck me.
Had it suggested by a lady on another board to maybe put some nice fabric on it, to make it extra vintage looking!!
hopefully itll pull off0 -

Am doing really well with the sweety hamper - keep picking up bits and bobs to add to it. Thining of his favourites when we were growing up. I got a 5 pck of curlywurlys for 99p from Morrisons.
SAw in BHS today silly priced 'retro' sweet stuff. Agree with above poster - much cheaper to make own!0
