Problems with estimated billing.

You came on here complaining about a company and i suspect hoping that people would agree with you, not all of us jump at the chance to shout at energy companies as I also suspect, any of the people on here who know anything regarding the types of messages posted on this board have probably worked for an energy company at some point. And most importantly if that is the case, most of those people will have started at the bottom of the ladder, AKA Customer service agent/advisor, and if you have worked in this role, you will know about the attitude of really angry customers who think they are right and won't listen to a single word you say after you've explained in 400 different times in 5000 different languages, and then they complain the letter they recieved regarding the companies complaint handling proccedure doesn't have the company logo at the top and is therefore invalid. And then they want you to explain what you have just explained to their huspand/wife or partner who doesn't even want to be on the phone. And then, just for your trouble, will ask you to get a manager who will then proceed to look at you like your stupid because they have a massive workload and hate explaining things to difficult customers, so when you've finally got a huge finger wagging from a manager about how you have to tell the customer that a manager is only going to tell them the same thing even though you did, the customer has hung up.

I'm not using it as an excuse, but you know. It takes it's toll :rotfl:
