City Link (Chelmsford) Failed Collections Today

Alas if your within Essex and are waiting for parcels to be collected today by City Link, don't hold your breath.

It appears that drivers have been told to concentrate on deliveries only today due to back log of parcels! :mad:

Oh well wish me luck, now off to email my customers with the bad news wonder how many will now cancel their orders.

Bought a TV and stand and a few other items from ebuyer they used citylink, I had the delivery the stand came in 2 boxes
clearly said 1 of 2 on the box and paperwork showed 2 items.

Thought i will open the boxes and check stuff before i get on the phone to chase the other parts up. Approx 1hr later another
citylink van turned up and delivered the other box. Seemed shocked that i had already had a delivery already.

I think their transport department need a kick up the backside.
