What I was trying to say is glitches etc play a big part of the deals found on this board, so I think you're preaching to the wrong audience!

It's not a deal, it's defrauding the company due to an error.
Just the same as ATM's having their £10 cassettes being filled with £20.
If you knowingly take advantage you're committing fraud.

anyway seems no one cares about that...

So you agree with breaking the law and turning a blind eye.. Interesting....

why is it breaking the law? i work for boots and have sold these nappies at this price, if the price comes up on the till thats the price it gets sold at, unless it comes up at a higher price that the SEL then we change it, so what is illegal about that?

sorry if i have missed something but I am confused about how this is illegal
  • Thanks op :money:

I'll check my local boots later on today - lets hope i don't get arrested for such an awful crime..........

Who is the comedian? would it be a glitch? or a crime? to laugh at his jokes as I didn't pay for a ticket to sit in this show?

I might have to make a special trip to boots today.

Surely Fraud. You are knowingly taking advantage of an error..

Obviously you dont shop in Mr T's then - they're full of glitches lol!
  • Muppet - the price is set by the company, if their staff make an error inputting information, I.E. the price, that is not fraud it is incompetent staff.

Off to commit a crime now, or just get a incorrectly priced item, quick call the fraud squad !

    Fraud?

The shop offers you the items at a price, you can say yes or no.

I can't see where the deception has taken place, do you think the OP has interfered with the pricing system?
  • the Shop can stop you purchasing an item if they dont want it to go for that price, If they let you have it how can that be a problem?

Actually my friend bought some the other day and SA said she thought is was because it was the old style design of packaging and they were getting rid before new style (like Active fit packages) came in? Could this not be the case?
