lloyds credit card ppi

Have just received a copy of my original application for credit card only to notice the ppi box was not ticked so why have i been paying it since 2006

    Hi there

    That is strange, so have you any evidence that you are/were paying ppi?

    If so and your going to make a reclaim, enclose "Copies" of the evidence of the PPI, which will help your case, and complete the reclaim questionnaire on step 3 below......

    If you go directly on to Lloyds website its the same questionnaire on there too, and the address where to send, so you can follow the details on the lloyds site as well if you want to, good luck with this.

    Put in the complaint then. If they have evidence of an application they will defend it if not then they are really not going to have a leg to stand on!
  • If it is clearly showing that PPI is being paid then you have a claim, it's as simple as that... with credit cards its often the % of the balance per month, so if you were using more one month its common for it to be more that month than others, so total them all up and then send off the letter etc
  • cheers for help how can i find out what i was paying ppi all the way back to 2006. i telephone Tsb about this and they have said they will look into it and get back to me next week have i done correct.

    Yes, I phoned them in May and they did all the rest - I got upheld letters for my loan and credit card last week - just waiting for payments:j
  • great stuff got a loan as well there going to look at will they send me forms to give reasons of the miss sold ppi all this is head doing just glad i have the ball moving thanks all for your help

    They didnt send me any forms Just asked name DOB etc then sent a letter a few days later confirming that I had a complaint. Good Luck:o:o

    They took my reasons over the phone.....and they took my acceptance of their offers over the phone as all calls are recorded and I followed up with sending in acceptance slips when I got them
  • oh cause i phoned about the card with that miss selling of my ppi then said i had a loan aswell well and they just said they will look into it just have to wait to see what i get sent next week
