Hi
I would like to buy a (made-to-measure) mirror to mount on the side of my wardrobe.
The wardrobe is a PAX wardrobe from IKEA (http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S79894902).
(image here http://fileslap.com/7GC/MirrorPosition for where I am thinking of mounting the mirror)
The depth is given at 66 cm, but considering doors / border, it’s more like 58 cm. Height should be 220 cm more or less.
I believe the wardrobe panel to be made of wood.
I'm told the best option is to glue the mirror to said panel.
What are my cheapest options in terms of purchasing the mirror and glue?
Many thanks to fellow moneysavers for any inputs to this very difficult DIY adventure...

Ask a local glazier for mirror prices, they'll cut to whatever size you want and advise on the best way to fix.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0

If you look in Toolstation, Screwfix, most of the DIY sheds you can get special mirror and glass adhesive (for use in standard sealant guns) for sticking these onto surfaces.
I understand it's worth getting a proper product as many of the silicones use an acid curing agent which could damage the backing.0 -
Mirror adhesive , Hold mirror in place with Duck tape or similar for 24hrs until adhesive setsHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0

This solution sounds very attractive. What am I looking for in the yellow pages? "Glass Merchants"?
