Tweetdeck toolbar

I have Tweetdeck for Google Chrome but I don't have the tweetdeck toolbar, which is supposed to be on the top of the screen.
Do I have to download it? I couldn't find it on the tweetdeck website either.

Tweetdeck for chrome is different from tweetdeck desktop or tweet deck web etc.. It doesn't have a toolbar and isn't as functional as the others as far as I can tell. I have tried it and much prefer my desktop version and the version on my Iphone.
On a side note, chrome doesn't support any toolbars whatsoever, not even Google toolbar. This is to improve the speed I believe.0 -
