I am wondering if any of you here know anything about the law.
Right, if you sign up for a website, you are intensionaly joining that site.
But if/when that site expands into a different site (new domain, sever etc...) and they automaticly port all the users over to that site, without permission from each user and/or asking the user first. Are they breaking the law?

Cheers, A:I

AS an example, http://dsmeet.com was arround for about a year, then the creator made a new site http://abxy.org and ported all the user accounts, from dsmeet.com, over to abxy.org.
Sorry for double post.0
